Refund / Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us
by email, and return your item to us within 7 working days. Once we are in
receipt of the item, we will then refund in full or if preferred, exchange
for a different size or colour if available. Earrings cannot be refunded
due to hygiene reasons.
Please ensure that if you wish to return your item, it is extremely
important we receive the item back in it's original condition, i.e.
unworn, tagged (if applicable) etc.
The return address will be located on the invoice sent with your item.
We cannot accept responsibility of the item or process a refund/exchange
until it has returned to the address provided. For your own protection, it
is advisable that you obtain a record of your postage from your Post
Office when returning your item (e.g. a Certificate of Postage), and
choose a service which can insure the value of the goods if the item
should be mislaid.
